Transfer of Divorce case is denied by Supreme court|सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तलाक के मामले को ट्रांसफर करने से इनकार कर दिया है

यह एक अदालती मामले का सारांश प्रतीत होता है जिसमें याचिकाकर्ता (आवेदक) ए के हस्तांतरण के लिए अनुरोध कर रहा है

औरैया से इटावा में विरोधी पक्ष द्वारा कथित प्रताड़ना के कारण तलाक का मामला दर्ज किया गया।

विरोधी पक्ष के वकील का तर्क है कि मामले को स्थानांतरित नहीं किया जाना चाहिए क्योंकि आवेदक अभी भी औरैया में रह रहा है,

और यह कि मामला अंतिम निर्णय के कगार पर है क्योंकि P.W.-1 और P.W.-2 की गवाही दर्ज की जा चुकी है,

और मुकदमेबाजी व्यय आवेदक द्वारा प्राप्त किया जा रहा है।

अदालत ने सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के पिछले फैसले का हवाला दिया जिसमें इसी तरह के स्थानांतरण आवेदन को अस्वीकार कर दिया गया था।

अंतत: कोर्ट ने तबादला आवेदन खारिज कर दिया।
