A Poem on Domestic Violence on Men

False allegations of domestic violence,

Can have serious and long-lasting consequences,

For the accused, it's a nightmare,

That can leave scars that never heal.

Arrest, jail time, fines, loss of employment,

And damage to reputation, all for a crime,

That they didn't commit, it's a tragedy,

That's hard to overcome in time.

Misunderstandings, miscommunications,

And simple mistakes can lead to false claims,

And in the context of divorce or custody battles,

They're often used to gain an unfair advantage.

But justice prevails, and landmark judgments,

Have been made in India to protect the innocent,

From false allegations of domestic violence,

And to hold those who make such claims accountable.

The Supreme Court and the Bombay High Court,

Have ruled that false allegations should not be entertained,

And that they should be thoroughly investigated,

To prevent the abuse of laws meant to protect women.

It's crucial to ensure that domestic violence allegations,

Are thoroughly investigated and those who make false claims,

Are held accountable for their actions,

To protect the rights of the accused and maintain the integrity of the legal system.

Stronger penalties, better training, and support,

Are needed to address this issue and prevent false claims,

So that justice can be served and victims can heal,

From the emotional toll of false allegations of domestic violence.

A man's struggle against domestic violence

A man's struggle against domestic violence, Is a battle fought with much defiance, Against a world that sees him with silence, And a society that labels him with violence. He climbs a hill that's steep and tough, Where every step is a fight and rough, Yet he must climb, for he knows enough, That he must stand strong and not give up. Men are human too, this we must remember, They too feel pain, and their love they render, To those who are close, in every endeavor, But often their pleas go unheard, forever. For courts and laws, men's rights have no thrill, They must fight alone, with their iron will, Against false allegations and abuse that kill, Their spirit and their soul, leaving them still. Yet they must fight, for they know it's right, To stand for justice, and put up a fight, To protect their dignity, and their life's light, For they too are humans, and deserve what's right. In silence he suffers, with no one to tell, His heart filled with bruises, his sou...
