Meet Arman Khan who hails from Dhanbad and is vociferously fighting against the false  cases filed by his wife. He was falsely implicated in a criminal case and jailed for 5 months in Dhanbad jail. His wife used various legal tools to seek vengeance and to satisfy her bloated ego she falsely charged him under 498A,Domestic Violence, Dowry Prohibition Act 3/4 and many more. She also managed to bribe Police to suppress 41A notice which was not furnished to him and Non bailable warrant was issued against him.

Yesterday(02/02/2023), while driving back home, Arman was attacked by two individuals from the opposing party and suffered serious injuries. This physical violence only adds to the already traumatic experiences he has endured.

Despite these challenges, Arman likely refused to give up hope and continued to fight for his rights and his dignity. He sought support from family, friends, and Men's Organization named SIF Jharkhand, and worked to bring attention to his situation through advocacy and activism. He has also sought legal help from various authorities of Dhanbad but all effort went in vain.

While Arman's story is undoubtedly one of great tragedy, it is also one of great hope and perseverance. Through his courage and resilience, he has inspired others to stand up for their rights and fight against injustice. एक ऐसे व्यक्ति की कहानी जिसे यातना, हमले, कारावास और मानहानि का शिकार होना पड़ा है, एक बड़ी त्रासदी और दृढ़ता की कहानी है। इस व्यक्ति ने निस्संदेह शारीरिक और भावनात्मक दर्द का एक बड़ा अनुभव किया है, लेकिन विपत्ति का सामना करने के लिए जबरदस्त साहस और लचीलापन भी दिखाया है।

मिलिए अरमान खान से जो धनबाद के रहने वाले हैं और अपनी पत्नी द्वारा दायर झूठे मामलों के खिलाफ मुखर रूप से लड़ रहे हैं। उन्हें एक आपराधिक मामले में झूठा फंसाया गया और 5 महीने के लिए धनबाद जेल में रखा गया। उसकी पत्नी ने बदला लेने के लिए विभिन्न कानूनी साधनों का इस्तेमाल किया और अपने फूले हुए अहंकार को संतुष्ट करने के लिए उसने उस पर 498A, घरेलू हिंसा, दहेज निषेध अधिनियम 3/4 और कई अन्य के तहत झूठा आरोप लगाया। वह 41ए नोटिस को दबाने के लिए पुलिस को रिश्वत देने में भी कामयाब रही, जो उसे प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया था और उसके खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी किया गया था।

कल (02/02/2023) अरमान को घर वापस जाते समय विरोधी पक्ष के दो लोगों ने हमला कर गंभीर रूप से घायल कर दिया। यह शारीरिक हिंसा केवल उन पहले से ही दर्दनाक अनुभवों को जोड़ती है जिन्हें उसने सहन किया है।

इन चुनौतियों के बावजूद, अरमान ने उम्मीद नहीं छोड़ी और अपने अधिकारों और अपनी गरिमा के लिए लड़ना जारी रखा। उन्होंने परिवार, दोस्तों और एसआईएफ झारखंड नामक पुरुषों के संगठन से समर्थन मांगा और वकालत और सक्रियता के माध्यम से उनकी स्थिति पर ध्यान देने का काम किया। उन्होंने धनबाद के विभिन्न अधिकारियों से कानूनी मदद भी मांगी लेकिन सभी प्रयास व्यर्थ गए।
